Yoga for “every” body. Our classes are for students of all levels. Come and enjoy the practice of breath, stillness, and serenity. A regular practice of yoga can improve flexibility, balance, endurance and strength. Yoga teaches us to cope with stress, cultivate mindfulness and improve overall health and well-being. Our yoga classes offer a gentle approach to this age long practice of wellness.
“Subtle® Yoga calms the nervous system, improves breathing, increases the body-mind connection, and is trauma-informed. It is a holistic intervention which can complement and enhance traditional healthcare approaches through health promotion, prevention, treatment or aftercare/recovery, from the individual through the population health level.” Kristine Kaoverii Weber, MA, eRYT500, founder of Subtle® Yoga
